Vanilla Lemon Juice Cheese Cake
295 gr. graham cracker (crumbs)
60 gr. unsalted butter (melted)
1000 gr. cream cheese (softened)
295 gr. granulated sugar
4 pcs. egg
45 ml. fresh lemon juice (squeezed)
5 ml. vanilla essence
125 ml. sour cream.
60 gr. granulated sugar
15 ml. fresh lemon juice (squeezed)
2,5 ml. vanilla essence
500 gr. fresh strawberry (sliced)
Crust: mixed graham cracker crumb and unsalted butter (melted) in bowl. Put and press in to bottom of cheese cake baking pan and freeze
Filling: beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer till smooth. then add egg one by one till mix well. add lemon juice and vanilla essence.
Pour all no. 2 in to frozen crust. bake till top is light brown and center has slight jiggle to it, about 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool on the counter for 10 minutes (dont turn the oven off). Cake will sink slightly.
Topping: mix sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla essence in the small bowl. Pour in to center of cooled cake. Bake for 5 minutes more, let cool on the table. wrapping with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator around 6 hours before garnishing.
Garnishing: put strawberry slice on top.
temperatur oven: 180° C.
used baking pan with diameter 23 cm
