Brown Sugar Meringue Recipe

Ingredient:

3    pcs     White Egg

170    gr       Brown Sugar (sifted)

60    gr       Coconut Sweetened Flaked

Method:

  1. Whip white egg on high speed mixer to soft peak in the mixer bowl, around 4 minutes. With mixer running on low speed, gradually add brown sugar with spoon in to white. Increase speed to high and whip until stiff peak form. Fold in coconut by hand.
  2. Spread meringue on item you are made. Using blowtorch, brown meringue to desired brown brownness.
